Return and Refund Policy

If you are entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.



You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be new, unopened and unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.

Any used products, ones which are not in original packaging, or which are out with the 14 days timeframe will not be accepted.



Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If you return is approved, we will transfer the amount to your bank account.



You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (received an incorrect or defective item, etc).

If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please email to enquiry@myadore.my. We will pay return postage fee for the weight of the incorrect or faulty item that you are sending back. If you choose to include any additional non-faulty item in your return postage for these items will not be refunded.

If you need to return an item, please email to enquiry@myadore.com with your order number and detail about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
